The Mississippi wall has been breached by none other than the leader of the dead-onez Evil Ernie himself. 
 
Mary and her clan prepare for war as Billy slides in and out of life and death since his resurrection, sometimes he is fine and sometimes he hears the voices of the dead. 
 
The world is increasingly loosing patience with the USA and the threat of attack from outside grows every day. Ernie battles towards the presidential bunker until he is face to face with Ramsey again, and this time makes no hesitation in killing him.
 
Dr Price now has Judy at his control with a chip implanted in the back of her neck as he works on hsi plan to defeat the monster he created.
 
The deadmind is starting to gather together the dead who are not under Ernie's control and includes Ernie's dead parents among their number. They gather at the Young's camp and capture Mary but reject Billy as an outsider.
